Quick Reference Guide for Touch-Tone Registration
(Touch –tone system only available until the Friday before the semester begins)

To use Touch Tone Registration/Payment you will need the following:

  • Your student ID-this is an eight digit number (only the numbers after the “C” in your ID number)
  • Your PIN-initially this will be your date of birth in MMDDYY format. You will be required to change it the first time you access the system. NOTE: Once you change your MyGWC password and your Touch-tone PIN, they will be different, so please make note of the change for future access.
  • The term in which you wish to register/drop. The system will ask you to choose the college/term (example: Coastline Fall 2007, Golden West Fall 2007, or Orange Coast Fall 2007)
  • Your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card
  • Course Registration Number (CRN) for the courses you want to register/drop
