The community services department offers a variety of non-academic, fee-based programs to the surrounding communities. Our programs cater to a wide age range from children to senior citizens. We offer short term programs such as College for Kids, careers, dance, online courses, holistic health, 500 hour Massage & Body Works certificate program, notary public seminars, senior exercise programs, dance, language and personal development.

The Community Services department has changed from the 80’s when registrations were taken and processed manually. The current operation allows for Online, Touch-Tone, Fax, Mail and Walk-In registration to be processed. In May 2005 we upgraded to the Safari registration system which features automatic credit card processing, eliminating the need for the staff to manually process credit cards. The Touch-Tone upgrade is now able to receive four registrations simultaneously instead of one, and it offers the returning participants an easier way to process their registration. The online and Touch-Tone system allows for 24 hour registration that is processed in real-time.
