Application Period/Form

The application period for the nursing program has changed --

 The application form is available on-line or at the Impacted Programs desk in the Admission and  Records office only during these time periods.

              Fall semester admission -- applcations accepted from January 15 - 31st

              Spring semester admission -- applications accepted from August 1 - 15th
